Mindfulness Program

Join mindfulness coach Courtney Schulnick for an introduction to the many benefits of mindfulness followed by a guided practice. Participants will come away with resources to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives. This is an all-ages event. Mindfulness practice can help children, teens, and adults in any stage of life to decrease anxiety, increase awareness, and to live more fully in the present, finding joy in everyday moments! This program will be held online, via Zoom. Participants will receive a link to join prior to the program. Advance registration is required. Click here to register.
